Booking Policy
This page explains how an appointment request is created and confirmed through the platform.
Creating a booking
The system displays services, staff, and times according to enabled schedules and verified capabilities. An appointment exists only after the request succeeds and the appropriate booking reference or confirmation is shown.
Booking information
Accurate contact details are required. A booking may be linked to a customer account or created as a guest booking, depending on the chosen flow.
Conflicts and availability
The system prevents overlapping bookings for the same staff member. A time may become unavailable if another customer completes a booking first.
Payment
The current platform does not process online payments. Any deposit or settlement requirement must be approved by the owner before it is advertised.
