This page explains how the Glossy Nail platform uses data needed for accounts, bookings, and service operations.
Data used
The platform may process account, contact, booking, visit, loyalty, complaint, and review data that you provide or that is created while the service is used.
Purposes
Data is used to create accounts, manage appointments, deliver salon services, protect the platform, send authentication email, and enable authorized salon operations.
Service providers
The platform uses Supabase for backend and authentication services and Resend for authentication email delivery. Salon operators do not receive users’ passwords.
Retention and requests
Data is retained according to approved operational need and applicable requirements. Access, correction, and privacy requests may be raised with Glossy Nail administration. Final retention and deletion periods require owner and legal approval.
